একাধিক দোকান, শাখা বা কাউন্টার থাকলে Branch ফিচার ব্যবহার করুন — প্রতিটি শাখার আলাদা স্টক, বিক্রয় ও ক্রয়। If you have multiple shops, outlets, or counters, use Branches — separate stock, sales, and purchases per location.
কখন branch লাগবে?When do you need branches?
- দুই বা তার বেশি শাখা / শোরুমTwo or more shops / showrooms

নতুন branch তৈরিCreate a new branch
- Company Admin হিসেবে লগইন করুনLog in as Company Admin
- সাইডবার → Branches → CreateSidebar → Branches → Create
- Branch নাম দিন (যেমন: Main Shop, Uttara, Warehouse)Enter branch name (e.g. Main Shop, Uttara, Warehouse)
- Branch Type বেছে নিন — Pharmacy, Electronics, Grocery ইত্যাদি (গাইড)Select Branch Type — Pharmacy, Electronics, Grocery, etc. (guide)
- Save — নতুন branch তালিকায় যোগ হবেSave — the new branch appears in the list

- রিপোর্ট (নির্বাচিত branch অনুযায়ী)Reports (based on selected branch)
স্টাফ assignAssign staff
নতুন branch তৈরির পর My Staff থেকে কর্মীদের সেই branch assign করুন।
After creating a branch, assign staff to it from My Staff.
সেরা অনুশীলনBest practices
- Branch নাম স্পষ্ট রাখুন — শহর বা এলাকার নাম ব্যবহার করুনUse clear branch names — include city or area
- POS করার আগে সঠিক branch select আছে কিনা দেখুনBefore POS billing, confirm the correct branch is selected
