- Company Admin হিসেবে লগইন করুন (শুধু admin-এর Settings access আছে)।Log in as Company Admin (only admin has Settings access).

Branch Type vs Default POSBranch Type vs Default POS
Branch Type (Branches) POS-এর behavior ঠিক করে — batch select, serial, generic name ইত্যাদি। Default POS screen (Settings) ঠিক করে New Invoice কোন স্ক্রিন খুলবে। নতুন অ্যাকাউন্টে Branch Type অনুযায়ী সাজেশন থাকে; Settings-এ Save করলে সেটাই final।
Branch Type (Branches) controls POS behavior — batch select, serial, generic name, etc. Default POS screen (Settings) controls which screen New Invoice opens. New accounts get a suggestion from Branch Type; saving in Settings makes that your final choice.

- Navbar-এ সঠিক Branch select করুন (multi-branch)।Select the correct Branch in the navbar (multi-branch).

- Customer বেছে নিন → পণ্য যোগ → Paid amount → Save → Print/PDF।Pick customer → add products → paid amount → Save → Print/PDF.
- পুরনো বিল: Invoice List। ফেরত: Sales Return।Past bills: Invoice List. Returns: Sales Return.
স্টাফ / ক্যাশিয়ারের জন্য টিপTip for staff / cashiers
মালিক একবার Settings-এ default POS সেট করে দিলে, ক্যাশিয়ার শুধু New Invoice ব্যবহার করবে — POS 1/2 বুঝতে হবে না। দুই ধরনের counter (যেমন: সামনে Grid, পেছনে Classic) থাকলে মেনু থেকে সরাসরি POS 1 বা POS 2 bookmark করে রাখুন।
Once the owner sets default POS in Settings, cashiers can use only New Invoice — no need to understand POS 1 vs 2. If you run two counters (e.g. front = Grid, back = Classic), bookmark POS 1 or POS 2 directly from the menu.
