ক্যাশিয়ার ও ম্যানেজারদের আলাদা লগইন দিন — কোন branch-এ কাজ করবে এবং কী দেখতে/বদলাতে পারবে তা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করুন।Give cashiers and managers their own login — control which branch they work in and what they can view or change.

কে স্টাফ ম্যানেজ করবে?Who manages staff?

স্টাফ যোগ করা (Company Admin)Add staff (Company Admin)

1. সাইডবার → Access Control → My Staff → CreateSidebar → Access Control → My Staff → Create
2. নাম, ইমেইল, username ও password দিনEnter name, email, username, and password
3. Assigned Branches — এক বা একাধিক branch টিক দিনAssigned Branches — tick one or more branches
4. Default Branch — লগইনের পর যে branch খুলবেDefault Branch — branch shown after login
5. Save — role automatically Staff হবেSave — role is automatically Staff

স্টাফ একই লগইন URL-এ ঢুকবে: /admin/login (email বা username দিয়ে)।Staff log in at the same URL: /admin/login (email or username).

Multi-branch (একাধিক শাখা)Multi-branch

• Company Admin navbar থেকে branch বদলাতে পারেন বা "All branches" দেখতে পারেনCompany Admin can switch branch from the navbar or view "All branches"
• Staff শুধু assign করা branch(গুলো) দেখে — অন্য branch-র sales/stock দেখতে পারে নাStaff only sees assigned branch(es) — cannot view another branch's sales/stock

স্টাফ ব্লক করাBlock a staff account

My Staff → List এ Edit/Ban icon দিয়ে account block/unblock করুন। Company Admin নিজেকে block করতে পারবেন না।Use the block icon on My Staff → List. Company Admin cannot block themselves.

টিপসTips
