কাস্টমার ও বাকি Customers & due (baki)

নিয়মিত ক্রেতা যোগ করুন, বাকিতে বিক্রি করুন, পরে বাকি সংগ্রহ করুন। সাধারণ ক্যাশ বিক্রিতে আলাদা customer এন্ট্রির দরকার নেই — default Walk-in customer আছে।Add regular buyers, sell on credit, collect later. For normal cash sales you don't need a customer each time — a default walk-in customer exists.

Walk-in / Default গ্রাহক (গুরুত্বপূর্ণ)Walk-in / default customer (important)

অধিকাংশ দোকানে প্রতিটি বিক্রিতে নতুন customer তৈরি করবেন না। সিস্টেমে আগে থেকেই Walk-in / Cash Customer (নাম Setting থেকে বদলানো যায়) আছে।For most shops, do not create a new customer per sale. A Walk-in / Cash Customer already exists (rename in Settings).

• POS-এ customer select না করলেই এই default নামে বিল হবেIf you don't pick a customer in POS, the invoice uses this default name
• শুধু বাকি (credit) বিক্রি বা নিয়মিত ক্রেতা ট্র্যাক করতে আলাদা customer যোগ করুনOnly add separate customers for credit sales or tracking regular buyers
• POS-এ + দিয়ে দ্রুত নতুন customer যোগ করা যায়Use + in POS to quickly add a new customer

নিয়মিত গ্রাহক যোগAdd a regular customer

1. Customers → CreateCustomers → Create
2. নাম, ফোন, ঠিকানা (ঐচ্ছিক) দিনEnter name, phone, address (optional)
3. Save — POS-এ customer list-এ আসবেSave — appears in POS customer list

বাকিতে বিক্রিSell on credit (baki)

1. POS-এ customer বেছে নিনSelect customer in POS
2. পণ্য যোগ করুনAdd products
3. Paid amount মোটের চেয়ে কম দিন — বাকি = Total − PaidEnter paid amount less than total — due = Total − Paid
4. Invoice save — customer-র due balance বাড়বেSave invoice — customer's due balance increases

বাকি সংগ্রহCollect due payment

Invoice List থেকে invoice খুলে partial/full payment নিন, অথবা customer edit থেকে payment history দেখুন।From Invoice List, open an invoice and record partial/full payment, or view payment history from customer edit.

বাকি রিপোর্টDue report

Reports → Payment Due — কার কত বাকি, min due filter, PDF/Excel export। AI Insights-এ "collect payment" alert-ও থাকতে পারে।Reports → Payment Due — who owes how much, min due filter, PDF/Excel export. AI Insights may also show collect payment alerts.
