বিক্রয়ের আগেBefore you sell

1. Navbar-এ সঠিক Branch select করুন (এই গাইড: গ্রোসারি / সুপারশপ)।Select the correct Branch in the navbar (this guide: Grocery / Supermarket POS).
2. Invoice POS → New Invoice (default POS) বা সরাসরি POS 2 (Grid) খুলুন।Open Invoice POS → New Invoice (default POS) or POS 2 (Grid) directly.
3. Customer select করুন (walk-in OK)।Select a customer (walk-in is OK).

POS-এ product যোগ করাAdding products in POS

1. Product search (২+ অক্ষর) বা barcode scan field ব্যবহার করুন।Use product search (2+ chars) or the barcode scan field.
2. POS 2: Grid-এ product card tap — photo সহ দ্রুত add।POS 2: Tap a product card on the grid — quick add with photo.
3. Qty, discount (যদি enabled), paid amount → Save → Print/PDF।Set qty, discount (if enabled), paid amount → Save → Print/PDF.
4. Stock 0 হলে product add হবে না।Zero stock items cannot be added.

Stock checkStock check

Stock 0 হলে POS suggestion/add block। Purchase বা opening stock দিয়ে qty বাড়ান।Zero stock blocks POS suggestions/add. Increase qty via purchase or opening stock.

Invoice completeComplete the invoice

1. Subtotal, discount, tax (যদি থাকে) review করুনReview subtotal, discount, tax (if any)
2. Paid amount — কম দিলে customer due (বাকি)Paid amount — less creates customer due (dues)
3. Save → stock কমে · Invoice List-এ recordSave → stock decreases · record in Invoice List
4. Return: Sales ReturnReturns: Sales Return
