ফার্মেসি POS-এ batch/expiry, generic name ও stock check সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। Purchase দিয়ে stock আসলে batch auto তৈরি হয়; stock না থাকলে invoice-এ add হবে না। Pharmacy POS focuses on batch/expiry, generic names, and stock checks. Purchases create batches automatically; out-of-stock items cannot be added to an invoice.

বিক্রয়ের আগেBefore you sell

1. Navbar-এ সঠিক Branch (type = Pharmacy) select করুন।Select the correct Branch (type = Pharmacy) in the navbar.
2. Medicine inventory আছে কিনা দেখুন — Stock বা Pharmacy Database → Import + Purchase।Ensure medicines are in inventory — Stock or Pharmacy Database → Import + Purchase.
3. Default POS: POS 1 (Classic) recommended — Settings → Default POS screen।Default POS: POS 1 (Classic) recommended — set in Settings.

POS-এ product যোগ করাAdding products in POS

1. Search box-এ brand/generic লিখুন (কমপক্ষে ২ অক্ষর) — শুধু stock আছে এমন suggestion দেখাবে।Type brand/generic in search (min. 2 letters) — only items with stock appear.
2. Batch একাধিক থাকলে POS batch picker খুলবে — expiry ও qty দেখে বেছে নিন।Multiple batches → batch picker opens — pick by expiry and qty.
3. Barcode/SKU scan (POS 1) বা grid tap (POS 2) — batch auto-select হতে পারে।Barcode/SKU scan (POS 1) or grid tap (POS 2) — batch may auto-select.

Stock ও batch (গুরুত্বপূর্ণ)Stock & batches (important)

Sale শুধু <strong>batch stock</strong> থেকে কাটে। Purchase save = batch + stock বাড়ে। Import-only product (batch 0) = sell হবে না যতক্ষণ Purchase না করেন। Sales deduct from <strong>batch stock</strong> only. Saving a purchase adds batch + stock. Import-only products (zero batch) cannot be sold until you record a purchase.
